Shipping Policy

Built-to-Order Products

At Tule FabWorks, every cage and most fabricated products are built to order. Because our products are custom manufactured, lead times may vary based on current production schedules, customization requests, and order volume.

Current estimated build times will be provided at the time of purchase. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order for the most accurate lead time information.

Freight Shipping

UTV cages and larger fabricated products ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

Because freight rates vary significantly based on location, fuel costs, carrier availability, and delivery requirements, shipping costs are not included in the listed product price unless otherwise noted.

Once your order is nearing completion, we will obtain current freight rates and contact you with the final shipping cost for approval before scheduling shipment.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Residential delivery

  • Liftgate service

  • Rural or remote locations

  • Limited-access delivery locations

  • Expedited shipping requests

Customers may also choose to pick up freight shipments from a local carrier terminal when available to reduce shipping costs.

Powder-Coated Products

Powder-coated cages require additional protection during transit. Depending on the product and destination, crating may be required to protect the finish and allow for insured shipment.

Any applicable crating charges will be discussed and approved before shipment.

While we take every precaution to protect powder-coated products, minor imperfections caused during transportation are always a possibility with large fabricated parts.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Tulare, California facility at no additional charge.

Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is complete and ready for scheduling.

Professional installation services may also be available for select products. Please contact us for current installation pricing and scheduling.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on select products.

International shipping costs are quoted on a case-by-case basis and are not included in product pricing. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not collected by Tule FabWorks and cannot be estimated at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping information and tracking details when available.

Freight shipments may require additional coordination with the carrier to schedule delivery appointments.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If any damage is visible, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing and take photographs of both the packaging and product.

Any shipping damage must be reported to Tule FabWorks within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the freight claim process.

Returns & Cancellations

Because most Tule FabWorks products are custom-built to order, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Order cancellations may be subject to material, labor, and administrative charges depending on the stage of production.
